Core Employment Overview:
- Proactive and positive attitude at all times.

- Students aged: 6-14
Content & Technical component:
- Classin: On-line teaching Platform software.
- Lesson presentations and plans and slides are provided for our staff.
- Teachers are expected to prepare for each class and to familiarize themselves with course content and expectations of our students.
- Successful candidates are required to have a reliable PC computer and consistent and solid configuration for a viable internet connection.
Teacher’s responsibilities:
- Teach English Language Arts/ Intensive Reading
- Responsible for adding on materials to the slides provided
- Support students to reach their goals in learning English.
- Promote an encouraging and positive experience during all class interactions.
Job requirements:
1. Native English speakers, American, British, Ireland, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand are preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certificate holder is preferred.
4. Experienced English teacher with the on-line teaching experience.
5. Forward thinking attitude, ability to leverage their experience to apply real-time learning which will enhance our students' ability with English.

Since 2011, Earlybirds has supported local universities and schools by providing innovative curriculum, teacher training, and academic consulting. On average, our services reach close to 10,000 students each year.
Starting in 2014, Earybirds has provided local families with educational programs, such as writing workshops, youth theater training, and summer school courses.
Earlybirds strives to offer tailored solutions to each of the academic institutions we partner with. We have a history of success working within a variety of educational institutions at the University level.

We work with artistic and educational organizations of different backgrounds to bring the local community and families with a rich multi-cultural experience. Beginning in 2011, EB has funded and organized events, including lectures for parents on education, holiday parties, charity events, and theatre performances.
In May and June of 2018, Theatre Anon presented their production of The Little Prince at Earlybirds' black box theater space.
