Currently we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Shanghai.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible to maintain a close and healthy relationship with our clients located in your assigned markets, as well as finding new potential clients for our expanding business.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales growth and financial targets for key accounts
• Supporting existing customers and provide leading customer service and account management
• Create and manage a portfolio of customers in assigned markets
• Schedule meetings with potential customers
• Create pro-active business relationships with customers
• Handle sales bids, present offers and negotiate prices, until signing the final contracts
• Collaborate with different departments for each project stage until completion
• Update and maintain information in CRM and ERP systems
• Attend trade shows to find new customers and business ideas
• Actively present new ideas for developing the assigned markets
• Perform other related duties as required by management

Requirements:

Other requirements include:
• 2+ years commercial experience in packaging, printing or advertising is preferred
• Fluent in English and another foreign language (especially German/French)
• Customer focused with strong business judgement
• Dynamic and motivated decision maker with pro-active approach and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills in order to develop outstanding relationships – both internal and external
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Familiar with CRM and ERP tools and systems
• Master Degree in Business or related field

Less experience than the requirement is possible, with the addition of a Junior title. Work visa and insurance will be provided.
