Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• Native English Speakers
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
• Relevant teaching experience at least 2 years
• PGCE,QTS preferred

BASIC SALARY
23,000-29,000 (before tax) anual salary of 13 months

HOUSING
Housing allowance provided
• 8,000 RMB per single teacher
• 10,000 RMB per family

PAID HOLIDAYS
• Paid leave (about 180 working days a year)
• 4 weeks summer holiday & 2 weeks winter holiday & 1 week Chrismas holiday full paid ( Based on the school calendar )
• Other paid holidays based on national statutory holidays arrangement

BONUS
Variable performance bonus

AIRFARE
Annual ticket allowance RMB 10,000 (single) /RMB 15,000 (family)

DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE
