1.Responsible for following up and developing foreign trade customers, classifying and scientifically managing different customers,maintaining customer relations,and sorting out foreign trade sales data;

2.Timely reply to enquiries and follow up,communicate with customers normally through email, Wechat , phone or any social platform;

3.Cooperate with foreign trade operations,operate foreign trade e-commerce platform,arrange order,delivery and other processes;

4.Track and communicate with target customers,improve customer information management,and promote customer relationship;

5.The company has an operation team to develop accurate new customers, the company provides customer resources. The art team works together.
